Brusheezy.com has just launched! A one-stop-shop for some pretty cool high quality photoshop brushes and patterns. I know there are other sites out there just like this, but they're all pretty hard on the eyes. This one is meant to be easy to use (hence the name) so you can find what you're looking for quickly! You can even upload your own.
